Specifications
High Torque PMDC Motor, Bidirectional, Ball Bearing Version, Long Lasting Carbon Brushes and gears
High Torque Geared Motor Used for Low RPM Application. Gear Head of the Motor consists of Metallic Gear with Pressure Die Cast body, supported with Ball Bearings in both side of the shaft. Motor Body is made out of Low carbon steel, End shields out of aluminum alloy. These are protected against corrosion by pretreatment and finally Powdercoated. Hard Ferrite Magnets with high coervice force are used to get high starting torque at nominal voltage. Armature is dynamically balanced and supported with Ball Bearings. Extended Carbon Brushes are used for longer life of the motor. Motors are of S1 Duty cycle. Motor can be offered for Battery Operated applications as well. Motor can be offered with Gear Box (right angled, right angled Planetary), Fail-safe Electromagnetic Brake, Encoder
