Double Reduction Worm Geared motors

Rotomag offers High Performance Permanent Magnet D. C. motors with hollow output shaft worm gearboxes. These gear boxes have been designed by Motive S.r.l (Italy) and patented globally. These motors are available in ratings from 0.05 to 3 HP and speeds 3–200 RPM with foot/flange mounting as per IEC frame size. These motors are available in 12-48 Volts and 90/180 Volts.

These PMDC Geared motors are suitable for continuous operation with service factor 1.4, have profile ground worms, bronze worm gears, synthetic lubrication, universal mounting and hollow/solid output. All motors are tested as per IS: 4722-1968 and IS: 9320-1979.

Rotomag Geared PMDC motors are compact and low noise. Efficiency, higher starting torque and superior aesthetics are other salient features. High Coercively patented magnets are used to prevent demagnetization even in extreme conditions involving frequent start-stops.
